I run solid white lights and they turn red when I press on my brakes and flash amber when I use the blinkers. Never had an issue in over a year now. Main thing cops are concerned with is people impersonating a cop. As long as the lights aren’t flashing and not blue or red.. should be fine.

I’m in Vegas and there is no restrictions on underglow. I run blue and red and police drive right by me.

I'm in New York and according to a lot of sources it says I cant use ANY color besides white which doesn't make any sense because white is used on a lot of government vehicles so to all the others in my state Id honestly say wing it and see what happens because I legit have looked everywhere and cant find any source online that sounds legit.

Very informative video. However, I find it interesting that yall didn't spend the extra to actually purchase the correct tools ie wire strippers etc, and why not connect the ground underneath the nut.... though it seemingly looks great in the end the installation was extremely "ghetto" 😂

In Oregon it states no red visible from front, and no blue. No flashing. What I’m curious about is the breathing effect. Where it stays one color, but gets brighter and darker at a slow speed. Not flashing, but I’d be curious to hear what law enforcement says about that effect.

Cool idea using the Ethernet wire but you can make your life simpler using ordinary telephone wire because it is thinner and only has 4 wires so no guessing..good job!

Your connections are a great way to start a fire 🔥 in your car. At the very least, most people doing it this way will have to repair the shitty connections eventually. And as for the double-sided tape… that’s so not the right idea. It’s going to come away with heat, weather and vibration. It’s a great way to BEGIN, but you really ought to secure the LED strips with decent straps and screws.
