Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) You will be happy to know my little princesses that we have saved the best. It has long been rumored that A.A. Milne has penned one last story before his death. This story, legend has it, was lost before it could be staged. Well, if my co-host Junior Twist is correct, we have that lost story! Princey? Junior Twist: (Asher Brook Voice with his white coat, his blue boots, his purple cloak and his Yellow Crown, sadly) Here. Petunia Rhubarb: (with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) Let me have a look at it. Here it is, “Winnie the Pooh and the Search for Minnesota Cuke”. Well, get ready for a truly historic story. (Princess Petunia Rhubarb opens the book, pan in on the book during her line.) Princess Petunia Rhubarb: Once upon a time, there was a boy and a bear. The boy was called Christopher Robin. The bear was called Winnie the Pooh. And together they had many grand adventures in a remarkable place called The Hundred Acre Wood. But the grandest and most extraordinary of all their adventures was still to begin. (Fade into a scene at a snowy mountain.) Petunia Rhubarb: (narrating with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) Minnesota Cuke is searching for the “Golden Carrot Nose of the Indomitable Snowman of the North.” However, after a chain of events, his arch enemy, Professor Rattan ends up swiping the Golden Carrot Nose and declaring, Professor Rattan: “Finders keepers!” Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (narrating with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) This made Minnesota Cuke very mad. He swipes back the Golden Carrot Nose and finally succeed. At the Moose Lake, Minnesota Children’s Museum, Minnesota complains about Rattan to his assistant, Martin. Then, a Parkman from New York City arrives to inform Minnesota about a plot to steal Samson’s hairbrush, which is believed to possess the great powers of Samson. Apparently, Canadians want to use the power of the hairbrush to take over both halves of Niagara Falls. Minnesota decides he wants to use the power of the brush to get revenge on Rattan. Minnesota Cuke: Do I know you? Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) I’m the Princess Narrator. Minnesota Cuke: Oh. (Cut back to Petunia Rhubarb with the book.) Petunia Rhubarb: (with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) The first stop in his search is an ice cream shop in Malta. He seeks advice from an old friend, a former archaeologist named Velma. She gives him an address where he can find out more. Shortly after he leaves, Rattan arrives seeking the same information. When Velma refuses, Rattan sets the freezer to melt causing strawberry ice cream to flood the entire shop. Minnesota returns to save Velma, and she informs Minnesota they must go to Seville. Meanwhile, Back in the Hundred Acre Wood, Piglet is up. Swinging on a leaf. Piglet: Who did that? Christopher Robin! Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) So Tigger kept trying and trying and trying and trying until at last, he caught Piglet. In the Barbershop of Seville, they are welcomed by barbers Figaro and Leo, who tell Minnesota of the Catacombs where the hairbrush is secluded. They offer him a map, which Rattan immediately steals. However, they also inform Minnesota of a shortcut to the Catacombs. Minnesota finds the hairbrush, but is confronted by Rattan and the Parkman who have captured Velma. Minnesota offers him the brush for Velma’s freedom. Martin calls and claims that the brush has no power, that Samson’s power came from God rather than the artifact. Minnesota and Velma escape the Catacombs but again run into Rattan and the Parkman. (Cut back to Petunia Rhubarb with the book.) Petunia Rhubarb: (with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) Sometimes I like to brush with Samson’s Hairbrush and to eat Strawberry Ice Cream. Meanwhile, at Owl’s House, Tigger was very confused. Tigger: Where will we get the strength to go on without him? Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) Asked Tigger. Piglet: Good Question, Tigger. I supposed I’ll best Pooh’s Best friend. Tigger: That’s a splendiferous idea, Piglet. Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) And so Pooh and his friends crossed over into ’the great unknown.’ It was the start of their quest for Minnesota Cuke. They would find him, if they could get through the woods. For the woods, were filled with heffalumps and woozles and who knew how much worse. Piglet: Minnesota Cuke is in danger! Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) So they ran and ran and ran and ran some more. Piglet: Aha. It says we should meet Nitza and her friends. Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) So Piglet found the Peaceful Spot. Filled with Butterflies. This way and that way the map led them to all the places Minnesota Cuke wasn’t but to none of the places he was. And still, Rabbit refused to realize the map didn’t know which way it was going. It led them to The Forbidden Mountains. Tigger: After that map! Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) And so Tigger grab the Other half of the Map and he realized the log was cracking. Tigger: The Question is who did broke the log? Scotty: Christopher Robin! Tigger: Christopher Robin did broke the log. It’s getting windy. I got you now. Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) Tigger was happy that he got Scotty. Scotty: Okay, okay. You got me. The truth is... Tigger: What’s the truth? Scotty: My tail just doesn’t have enough strength. Tigger: But My tail has enough strength. Scotty: Really? Tigger: Do you surrender, Scotty? Scotty: Nope. Tigger: Guess I won. Scotty: Oh, thanks for trying. Tigger: Being Strong is what Tiggers do best. Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) So Tigger got half the map and fell down to the ravine. It was foggy, suddenly, Rabbit decided to make a wish to be smarter. Rabbit: I wish, I wish I was smarter enough. Hey. My wish came true. Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) His wish finally came true. Rabbit: I admit it, my wish did came true. Tigger: Good for you, Bunny Boy. Rabbit: Aw, Thank you, Tigger. Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) The group comes to terms with the fact that but take shelter in a nearby cave. While everyone is asleep, Pooh laments getting no closer to finding his dear friend Minnesota Cuke. Rabbit comes by and blankets Pooh with the map while he sleeps. The Next morning, the five realize with horror and fear that they took refuge in Skull Cave itself, the dangerous den of the Skullasaurus and Count Julia the Evil Vampire Queen. To get to it, Minnesota has to cross a rickety bridge. As he crosses it, one board breaks. As he tries to get back up, he shines his flashlight at the bottom of the pit, which is filled with earthworms. Minnesota Cuke: Worms! Why’d it have to be worms?! Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) He gets up and makes it across to the island. Then Minnesota removes the brush from its glass case. Minnesota Cuke: Samson’s Hairbrush. Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (O.S.) However, the Skullasaurus' roars and growls eventually bring Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, and Eeyore back together, who, mistaking Pooh's monstrously distorted reflection in a huge crystal to be the Skullasaurus, flee without Cuke. The hero becomes stuck in a narrow crevasse in the cave’s crystals, and his muffled cries make the other five believe he got stuck. Everyone was relieved. Seeing the entrance to the “Eye of the Skull”, where Christopher Robin supposedly is, Pooh and the remaining four decide to push on for Cuke and are able to prove their potential. Rabbit proves his intelligence by devising a brilliant plan to reach the top. Tigger proves his strength by bouncing up there unassisted. Piglet proves his bravery by getting Rabbit and Eeyore a way up to the ledge. Cuke has been watching this the whole time and excitedly frees himself, Pooh is happy. While in despair at his permanent imprisonment, Cuke deduces that Christopher Robin is still with him in his heart, and it is enough to get the hero out of his sadness. (Cut back to Petunia Rhubarb with the book.) Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick) Now about this relationship. I love you with my beating heart and soul, my little prince. (zooms on in her as heart beats) My beating heart soothes you. Time for me to finish the story. (Cut to the Eye of the Skull) Princess Petunia Rhubarb: (narrating with her Princess Crown and her Red Lipstick with her heart beat) The others reach the Eye of the Skull and find Christopher Robin alive and well, but explain that Cuke was seemingly killed by the Skullasaurus. Upon hearing the creature’s roars again, Christopher Robin explains that they are only the growls of Pooh’s stomach, and explains he had to go to school not Skull, and he would return in the afternoon. Rabbit, to his annoyance, realizes that Owl misinterpreted the message. Christopher Robin soon rescues Cuke from the deep pit, much to the hero’s joy. The six exit Skull Cave, only to discover that from the outside, it is far less frightening than when they first arrived. Christopher Robin explains that since they were alone and afraid, it only appeared to be huge and menacing, and this proves true for all the obstacles they'd faced on their journey as they happily march home. That evening, Christopher Robin says he will still have to return to school, but that they have no need to embark on another quest to find him since he will always return. Pooh declares that he will always be waiting for him, and the two happily watch the sunset, knowing they will always have each other in the sanctuary of the Hundred Acre Wood. (As we iris out, the story ends.)

The soundtrack of Winnie the Pooh for me, is also my favorite of the license The OST sounds a bit like a Thomas Newman composition in the same style of music, but I don't think it's him. Anyway, it's music from my childhood ❤. PS: 5:02 my favorite. ❤❤

The Illusionist is a wonderful film, the music of Philip Glass makes it even more magical. "Life in the mountains" is probably my favorite piece of all those in the film, if you learned it by ear kudos to you.

The fact that you can hear some of the dialogue, especially during the spooky, scary parts, makes this music even more haunting, but reawakens some memories I have of this movie. Like, I can still see Piglet scramble to Pooh and Rabbit trying to say "Skull" and they all find out they were staying in it after the fog lifted. That's bone-chilling on a whole different level.
