I was surprised that you knocked on wood not to jinx. I thought it was only a russian thing. curious! I went to live and work in the woods, in a hotel, to also unload my brain and get back to a normal life without headphones and sugar (sugar is still here, but much less))) And today I read like.... 200 pages? of the book. vibes of one of ur past video haha anyway good luck to you and thanks for the video, looking forward to the next one! xxx

need to adopt this. Been getting into reading consistently again but can only bring myself to read when I am on public transport because I have no other option. At home I am sooo distracted by all the other things I can do. Definitely relate to the burning out though, I had a bookstagram that just ruined the relaxation of reading and turned it into an aesthetic task
