I'm currently in a sticky situation and would love your advice on. I was recently in a car accident last week where my car was totaled. The other driver was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic as she tried to make a turn and we collided. Her insurance has accepted blame. Unfortunately I had a lapse in my insurance so technically I was uninsured during the accident. So I guess my question is what would be the easiest way to make a claim? I've had about (I kid you not) a dozen lawyers call me the past few days who recommend we sue the the other party's insurance. I'm not really sure what to do. What would you do in my situation?

I have a question, I think I may be the only person in the world that has PARTIAL DEMENTIA. I was diagnosed with it by my neurologist a few years ago, I don't know how many years it's been, I can't hold a job a can't hold information and I need constant reminders of what I have to do when I'm expected to do them by my partner and his family.i don't drive unless absolutely necessary and I absolutely must have the GPS on at all times,I have been getting fired from employment for the last 15 years because even the simplest tasks forothers are more difficult for me. My question is, WHY ISN'T PARTIAL DEMENTIA even mentioned in any list of disability qualifications when it in fact keeps me from learning and retaining information?!?! I need help. 😫

Please help. I’ve hired an attorney but am unhappy with how things have gone so far. My application was submitted but had omissions and incorrect info. My attorney says not to worry, the SSA will get full info from my doctor. I asked if I could review documents before they are submitted. No reply. SSA requests two questionnaires, so I forward to attorney.. Attorney says they submitted the questionnaire. SSA says they didn’t get them. I ask attorney why I didn’t get to review and approve these. No reply. Am I being unreasonable? Do I just wait and hope everything works out?
