101 of racing: Never use destructible/changeable markers for your braking reference. Don't use destructible countdown boards, don't use shadows that can change over time during the race. Find something else on or around the track as a 'braking marker' that does not change. Obviously, can be more difficult at night and when raining, but that's the challenge for ALL drivers. The destructible markers not always taken out deliberately. They can be taken out during a collision/accident. If you have evidence aa driver has taken them out deliberately, in LFM you can report them for this - both in qualifying and in race.

@@Speedybe thanks bro... Yeah I understand there are many people who love ETS2 maybe because the map is huge and there are many decals and mods options available. Although I like ETS2 too but I just love ATS more because scenery is really incredible in ATS and keeps getting better and better with every coming DLC. While the Greece DLC isn't as good looking graphically compared to Arkansas(personal opinion). I love to see depth and the forests and trees detail

do you watch any track guide to help improve your lines ? on tracks like this track you can use a lot more of the track that will make it a lot easier to enter some of these corners that you just avoid using

Hey, I'm the one that was your friend and suddenly not, you have to use the TC 1/4 in the M2s all the time, off is too slippery, 2 is very slow, at least that is what I'm doing. Also the breaking points are a bit early than the GT3s. Other than that M2s are a lot of fun when you understand their language. I am following your videos, keep up with it man, see you in another M2 race. :)

I can I not brake before braking point? this thing don't stop it just keeps going. and I am also on TC1 but it keeps me too slow as you may have noticed on every long turn my Gas pedal bar turns orange on every turn which suggests that traction is withdrawing my power. I would like to see your video to know how you do it because if i don't turn off the traction and don't brake early... I would simply take forever slowing down

It's because you brake to early and accelerate to late your minimum speed is too low on the apex and that's why your car seems slower on the straight.

Hey mate, hope you’re doing good. I’ve notice you that when you stopping to take the corners you stopping like you driving GT3 car, but with this car you need to stop one idea early as these cars dont have downforce like GT3 cars has. Just a small tip.

Try locking the diffs and have your foot flat in the rain. Having a lightweight trailer like a flatbed also helps push the rear out a bit

The one thing I will point out is that you come way too far off the throttle when turning, stay 25-50% on the throttle if you can and brake a bit earlier so you can release them sooner which will give you more grip to turn. By staying on the gas and not coming off of it as aggressively the car will stay planted better and you will be able to carry way more speed out of the corners

That makes sense but it requires a lot of practice as well because I just recently changed my driving style by letting fully go off my throttle because I used to get 180 spin in the corners more frequently... Well I'll give it another go in future by early braking and taking turns in higher gears 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@@BeardySimRacer there too I had this problem but then i fixed it... But that was also temporary... For this one too i reduced the range so I can hit 100% early but the problem is that it's random... Sometime it's fine and sometimes it messes up for no reason. Even for this race I fixed it earlier and it was fine in qualifier but then it dropped mid way

Some corners you need to carry speed even in slow corners so going to 1st just kills your apex speed and then your exit speed.

Yeah I suck there too. I normally use the Mustang but opted out and used the Merc which is the car I started racing in LFM. I feel your pain. Also check your gas pedal, it seems you are not at full throttle.
