Sir..i have a doubt. Supposing a dept. conducts LDCE exam of 2016 ( for promotion to post say X) in the year 2022 , delay due to some administrative reason while DPC of 2016 ( for promotion to same post X) was conducted in the year 2018. No direct recruits to this post X as per RR rules. Only 100% promotion through DPC (75%) and LDCE (25%).DPC of years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 was conducted in between 2017 and 2021 and promotees were appointed in those years itself. How the inter se seniority of 2016 LDCE passed cadidates will be fixed? Kindly reply

Even in our dept same thing happened matter was referred to DoPt and it was decided that their seniority will be decided as per year of vacancies and not as per date on which exam held

सरकारी सेवा के डाक्टरों को NPA मिलता है। यदि कोई डाक्टर मेडिकल सेवा से technical resignation देता है तथा वहाँ उसका lein भी है तो उसे pay protection देते समय क्या मेडिकल सेवा की केवल basic pay ली जायेगी या basic pay +NPA के आधार पर pay protection दी जायेगी? कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

In MACP rules, it has been stated that no stepping up of pay is permissible under MACP. What it means? It is confusing. In MACP, pay is fixed FR22, then why stepping up is not allowed under MACP? Please explain with example.

Sir, I have got my MACP from pay level 7 to 8 during 2017. Then during 04.01.2021 I got adhoc promotion at pay level 10. Later w.e.f 5.12.2023, I was regularised at pay level 10 . But no break was there in adhoc promotion and regular promotion. My DNI was 1st July at paylevel 8 before adhoc promotion. How my pay has to be fixed if I give option of DNI in my lower post, when I was regularised at pay level 10. Kindly help sir

If you get MACp 1st and regular promotion later no pay fixation only you are placed at next higher cell available in promotional Level

Sir, Currently I am working as Inspector at 4600Gp since 20.10.2023 got my 1st increment in July 24, If I get 4600 gp post in 2025 in some other department and by the time of resignation If I had completed my 2 years in the department & cleared departmental confirmation exam also but they haven't confirm me yet from their end. Lets suppose I apply for T.R with Pay protection in Dec.2025. Will I get pay protection benifit or not. Please reply sir.

you should ask it from your department as it is departmental delay. Rule is department should start confirmation process 6-8 weeks prior to completion of 2 yrs. But in most of dept it get delayed. But if smbdy leave the department they provide him Lien which is equivalent to confirmation in pay protection. you should ask the same.

Further, is there is any option / Rule wherein an employee has not been given any promotion in same level of pay for more than 10 years. Is there is any type of Financial benefit can be given, except MACP, as we are a Autonomous body of gov. Of India, and MACP is not applicable to us, as we are having our own RR. KINDLY GIVE SOME GUIDANCE/ Rule, whereby we can Financial benefit may be given, without a higher post / promotion. Or Financial benefit may be given without offering promotion.

In cost of 1.9 lakh more monthly pension in ups, nps is paying 6.36 (4.12+2.74-.5) crore. In case of immediate demise after retirement and children above 25, ups may give only 50 lakh. Whereas, in nps, our total corpus may be paid back to children.

Yes you can. you are right that i have taken assumption and presumption but in research we have to presume based upon historical data. plus whatever the pay would be it ll affect both NPS and UPS equally

People can fix this 60% of NPS i e Rs 4 cr to any 2-3 banks and can get 7-8% interest (3 lakh per month approx) or buy any property, invenstment and get 2 lakh per month ( 22:30 )from nps pension(from rest 40%). Seems NPS is better than UPS.
