RCS is something that's hella underrated this will be really awesome!

i have also used and tested KZbin and Dropbox as a sideload, both work very fine. The only issue with KZbin is activating fullscreen. I can even cast Videos from my watch to TVs

by the way the signal app, sideloaded apk ofcourse, works fine on the watch. It can even receive Videocalls. I have been using it since 2 years or more. Once or twice a year the app might need a software update.

Happened to my watch 4 too

Can someone tell what features I can't use because I don't own a Samsung mobile?

I have a galaxy watch 6 classic and a s23 ultra in the uk and have had no update yet

3days + battery life on my watch 7, love it!

There is a better way to get this frequent sync option. 1. Go to App Info of the health app. (from app icon) 2. Turn off the alarm and reminder permission. 3. A notification will appear from samsung health telling you to turn it back on. 4. Click on the notification. 5. Click Cancel on the pop up. 6. See you are in the step drawer. Now turn off the frequent sync by the 3 dots on top right. Please make sure to turn the permission back to on.

I live in the US and have a Galaxy Watch6 Classic connected to my Google Pixel 8a. As of October 3rd, 2024 at 8:33 pm EST, I have not received the update.

yes It worked. I disabled it. But soon after that option is gone again.

The first thing I did when I got my watch was uninstall or disable all the pointless health apps that induce health anxiety which I have zero use for anyway.

I'm from India I'm using moto edge 40 and I got the wearable app update on 29th September and got the new watch faces.

Oh good. I thought I was doing something wrong. My battery life all of a sudden just started to suck. Like 12% down and I took it off the charger an hour ago. I hope they get it sorted out.

The same happen to me So I Uninstaller wearable app and reset watch and started over every thing ok now

For the first week after the update for the ultra watch it did have a big improvement my watch was saying 4 days and 11 hours after that I would show 2 days

Same here...but fixed...in begging the battery was good...after the first reset and the battery learning time-frame done, the battery was worst actually unrecognizable less standby time...I did another reset and during the battery learning time I did wear the watch with battery save on and few times I did not wear it for few hours...and surprisingly the battery live come back to normal...easily 2 days and an half for my GW 7 44 with no AOD but with total of 2 hours workout time between charges....

Ive had mine for a month and mine works great. it didnt last lonf the first week till it got used to me, but now i get 2.5 days without the AOD on and 2 days with it on. It is also tracking everything when i sleep except sleep apnea and the heart rate monitor is set to every 10 minutes. Lte is turned off cuz i dont hqve the plan setup for that at the moment

I'm in the US and I've never gotten 2days with AOD on at any time even from brand new, im baffled u were getting 3 days. With AOD on, tilt to wake off, Wi-Fi on Auto, LTE off, heart monitoring every 10 minutes, stress level measuring continuously, and sleep tracking every night my watch uses more than a day and always estimates 1day and 18hrs after in take it off full charge every morning.
