Read the book. The technique is simple but the process is a bit confusing. Letting go is the key, but it is difficult to do. Which is the same what meditation requires one to do: let go, whatever comes up acknowledge but don't pay attention to. This is difficult for me. Also,in the book you are directed to free instructional videos but the links lead to author's website where you areasked to pay. Further, it is difficult to relate to a Higher Self if one comes from a tradition where there's no such thing. I also wasn't very satisfied with the example of what the HS really does. It heals? OK. Then it just calms you down. There's nothing else indicating that it helps you in other ways. But the technique is worth a try if for nothing else but to learn to meditate.

I love connecting with dragon energy. Me as the blue dragon is so magical. I am a water dragon.

Hard to believe this is real spiritual energy work 😮, i tried it and it's working, this is gonna be a game changer for my magical practice.

I never came across a person who spoke about dragons with such seriousness. I saw the dragon missing one eye and that's the only dragon I knew of but he's evil. I wonder if the LORD Yeshua has ever encountered these dragon's you speak of? It's okay to wonder, I think about that topic when it comes to every type of spiritual background in the world and if they're good or bad surly he'd know of them. So, for clarity, those dragons don't ever do anything sexual do they? I know that's a very direct question but I'm just trying to be open minded and understand this type of spiritual uplifting, I hope you don't mind me asking. My dragon guardian has been with me since I was little. There aren't that many that interact with us(yet) because it is a bit much to this from the much higher dimensions they reside. It is sad to see how dragons have been misconstrued by lack of true knowledge of them.

I was on my way to work one morning when I became the dragon. He is a large, powerful black dragon. The one I flew with. It was one of the most profound experiences I've ever had! My vision changed, my spatial awareness heightened, my wing span was enormous! It was peaceful & I felt like a powerful protector. I still don't remember the drive work & can't believe I made it there that morning. Wow Sandra you popped up on my screen - those Dragons and Angels doing their magic. I’m a Chinese Wood Dragon and my daughter a metal dragon we have had a tough very sad journey specifically loosing my son tragically nearly 2 years ago - He took his own life and I still to this day can’t believe he is gone because I hear him I feel him. He never uttered a word but was not properly helped when he did call for help. I know a little about this I am now a reader singer psychic Starseed Heyoka Empath as Oscar was. He was just 16 years old. We are setting up a Foundation in his memory to help young people who are HSC’s And HSP’s Empath sensitive people and I’ve known for a while but you’ve just helped the penny drop.
