Do Tree Swallows compete with Barn Swallows for the same food?

One of the most successful structures for Barn Swallows was designed and built in Townsend, Ontario. Can anyone reach them in order to share their design and plans? I am looking to install a structure in a local park which was former farmland. I don't want to waste my time, money and effort to build some of the unsuccessful and poorly designed kiosks. @username0727 I would have to totally disagree Governments have already made laws on what we can and can't do. They have failed, regulations makes it harder for production if anything now is the time to for the populous to take control. We have already tried letting Governments and the U.N figure out the laws, they clearly suck balls at it, the world is about to take the biggest financial shit, and countries are in worst of conditions then they were in the past.

She was afraid for her future and did not think she would have one because the environment was so bad. Fear is a tool used by environmentalists on our children. She reveled the motivation behind the fear mongering when she spoke of social justice, a codeword for communism.
