I was going to take my Suzuki M1800 up there, but after watching this Inthink I’ll take the Kawa Z1000SX. Those hairpins look mighty tricky on a big cruiser. Did you scrape the pegs a lot?
@reuthers5 жыл бұрын
Great to hear from you! It’s been easy to ride up there and I never scraped the pegs of my Heritage Softail Classic. We also had Electra Glide riders who made it, too. Have fun! Hermann

came across this via your web site via a google search for jobs within motorcycle jobs and a tour guide list of companies came up. I sent email with info. From what I see on the video, I would rename it, Chicago to Ca via mostly Route 66 with many other places of interest to visit like Vegas, San Diego (San Dog to those form the area). I have traveled most of the route several times going between WI and CA trying to do a different route each time. I would love to lead groups in a tour. I do have a few videos on my channel and probably should post more of trips, with major hail storm in NM, heavy rains, extreme desert heat and some biker rally's.

Did anyone get up to 40 mph on that tour? Did that Skana girl in the beginning have a rape wistle around her neck? wow just wow. The big texan steaks are aged a full thirty minutes.

Great video but the most important question is...... did he finish the steak?
@reuthers7 жыл бұрын
No, he did not make it. In 20 years we had only one in our groups who finished the steak: Martin from the UK...

Great movie. But quite a few of the places shown are NOT on R66 (or even close in some case haha! e.g. Monument Valley). Brings back great memories of my wife and I doing it in 2014. Without doubt 1 of the best experiences of my whole life. So many interesting people. So welcoming.

Thanks for Your comment, which is very much appreciated. You are right, some of the highlights we are visiting are not on Route 66 as our goal is to ride the best parts of Route 66 and combine it with top highlights on our way going West. We call it a dream tour on and along Route 66...

Man it sure is, I spent ten days driving around it in a car but I think doing it on a bike would be just fantastic. Lucky buggers.
