Hello, folks! Does anybody know how to completely disassemble and re-assemble the trigger system? You know, all the components inside that grey aluminum box... I've been searching for some videos in youtube and online for two days with no success. Every one just talks about the trigger spring replacement but no one posted any videos or instructions on how to take apart and put back together this entire trigger assembly. Thanks in advance! PS. The retention washer was not properly installed on the my trigger assembly. It caused the trigger safe bar to come out of the house leading to plungers and sear spring to fall/fly out. I put it all back together but I want to make sure I did everything correctly before firing the rifle again.

@Rustynutsdesigns Жыл бұрын
I replied to your other comment, but no I don't think it's a big issue. You can get corrosion between the steel plate and table as well. I used a good coating of fluid film and haven't had an issue.

Blaser B-Cool MC 600. I think it ran my about $200 for 5 gallons. I was told to r un it at 5 to 7 percent on your refractometer. It has a 1.4 multiplier so that would actually be between 7 and 10 percent. Ended up taking 5 gallons to get there. I bought 3 pales and haven't touched the other two. This still seems good after over a year. I'll probably switch it out this summer.

Hi Rusty We got our SVM4100 probably the same time you got yours. Also love it. We have the same exact set up, Saunders fixture with mighty bite style vises and Renishaw probe. Also use Fusion 360. I see that GUI has that same software issue with yours you have to double reset to get it to stay on. Do you get the error with yours its red codes on the screen with GUI picture? I had trouble getting past that but if you push the S2 button then go back to GUI it is normal again. We got the chip conveyer if you do get it make sure the clean out basket is installed correctly, or you can't remove it easily. The original basket didn't work no clearance with the conveyer lip in the way. I started using the USB port until I got the DATA Server connected love it. You just post process into a folder on your desktop screen or wherever you want then to drop it in the server folder and it's in the control folder. Hey, do you also have problem with the fusion probe cycle the first time you run it in machine it gives fault then reset the machine and restart and it magically works. The service guy says the Renishaw software might need to be re-installed. Anyway, I have used many different CNC machines in my 30+ career and I really enjoy the Doosan. I was a HAAS guy for many years but not anymore, I prefer Doosan. We bought Doosan NHP with 12 pallet loader and matrix magazine also and the massive Doosan DBM2540 with 90 degree head attachment. Getting ready to cut first job with it. Enjoyed the video

@@bradsimpson4899 sales contract obligations
@bradsimpson48992 жыл бұрын
@@budzab As a private owner of bought merchandise in the US, there is no such thing as a "contractual obligation" (other than payment) unless you are are 1) employee, 2)private contractor of the company you bought the merchandise from, 3) are receiving benefits from the company you bought the merchandise from (and in any of the 3 cases above a "nondisclosure" has to be spelled out in a contract). If you go to the Doosan website, you can click on the SVM 4100 and it will give you the base price. You would have to contact your sales rep to price out options and such. I think the base price is just under $80,000 which, in my eyes is not terrible when comparing it to say a VF2SS.
