Very good! We found that a full cup of water makes the batter a bit thin, but that's easy to regulate...add it slowly while mixing to proper consistency.

At 75, I do a SuperSlow/Medx "Big5", to failure+extensions. Safely beat yourself up 1xwk; the rest of the week's *_easy_* .

The Justins Almond Butter is good but the True Goodness brand only has one ingredient, dry roasted almonds. No palm oil.

Great fun. When we were young my brother would make 'Everything in the Kitchen Pie'. Sometimes it worked, but not always. I will have a go at these Crisps though. Cheers.

@monkeyb1820 Жыл бұрын
you get in and out of the gym in a lot less time than doing a lot of sets and reps just for the sake of doing sets and reps. This is all about efficiently going to failure, not wasting time with lots of sets and reps.

What if all we have available is home, a chair, some dumbbells and a trampolin?? 😮
@synergyrevolution233221 күн бұрын
As long as you train slow and controlled and to failure, you'll be able to do this. I trained at home like this from the beginning of Covid until December of last year and everyone assumed I went to the gym because of my physique. Only got a gym membership again because I travel a lot and an Anytime Fitness opened in my city.

Take the monentum out of your workouts and you greatly improve your physique. Trust me on this I recommend Doug. One Set like this is better than 3 or more. One set is all you need. Remember when you train you you tear down muscle so rest is very important

Doug has a very good physique and low bodyfat and looks very fit very inspiring. I followed this line of training that led me to victories winning bodybuilding contest and got me all the way to the Natural Olympia. Trust me I'm now 68 and no injuries and have much faster recovery. On getting ripped it's all about the Diet

Looks potentially delicious. How about swapping the trays half way through the cooking time? Might even out the final result. Top rack seemed under cooked while bottom rack obviously over cooked.
