Because they don’t care about the players, such thing like that happens very often because as you can notice it to tight to click the amount of resources you want to put in to your lasers, missiles, etc. and many other isssues the game has because the customer service is the worse. No communication with the devs and such. Also some said a hacker hacked the Europe server and wiped out all data. Good for him, that should teach them a lesson to all that greedy staff personnel. Glad you quit daes. The best decision ever made.
