So many of us love this video and you made such an annoyingly stressful binding issue straight forward. Can you do more please? Mitered corners, getting straight line quilting to be straight all of the things us newer quilters can struggle with. Most of these videos the person drones on during the entire video about wny they got interested in quilting or something. Or add awful music. We need so many more concise to the point instruction. Really could you just write a book and fill it with illustrations, lol? Now I'd buy that! Thank you! I use this video all the time. So helpful!

Probably not a book but I do have a few tips on tiktok. Again it's encouragement like yours that keeps me in the game. Just finished a quilt for my grandson who is off to University. I may not be able to hug the lad too much in public anymore but I can give him a warm hug when he goes to bed.

@EmeraldMeadows a homemade quilt is truly a perfect gift for that occasion. I'm making a quilt for my son for Christmas. I don't use TikTok unfortunately. It's got to be nice to see people from all over get helped by your video. Count me among your appreciative watchers! Happy quilting!

No other video ive watched is as soothing and is as precise. Every detail you include is vital. . I hate it when a tutorial tells me to "eye ball" it, because i dont know what im looking for! This time it was "laid out" for me, counted out for me, and measured! Who knew? Not to mention pinned. Thank you for using contrasting colored binding ends for this demonstration All of your efforts were very helpful.

One time I was driving back to the warehouse at the end of the day. Driving a Tractor/Trailer and the truck ahead of me ran over a mudflap that still had the metal bracket attached. It was launched into the air and hit on the center of one of my headlights, damaging the light and it's frame. But considering the height and amount of force it would have gone thru the windshield of a standard car and a motorcyclist would have been wiped out completely. You never know what will come at you from day to day.

Wow looking at that a second time it occurred to me that the energy applied to the sign included gravity as well as the gust that detached it. Consider if you had forward speed of 20 to 25 mph as in the left turn with no stopping to await the green light. You are very lucky ! The agency who maintains those signs need to fasten them capable of resisting the high end of wind speeds in that area.

I saw this video a few years ago. It was the first time I was able to make a perfect join. To this day I prop my tablet up next to my sewing machine and follow along - perfect result every time. I'm suprised this happens, because the mesh bed leveleing should couteract any "sag" coming from the canitlever design. Since it maps the bed with the PINDA before print. And the "sag" is pretty much repeatable based on axis position.
@EmeraldMeadows

You would think wouldn't you. This design is cheap to make but avoid any cantelever designs.

I think you've just helped me solve a problem that's been intermittent in my borrowed printer since I got it ten days ago :D. It didn't manifest fully until I've tried to do a large-ish print with silk PLA and I found the right extruder nozzle raking the supports; even going as far as bumping the bed downward just on the first layer. Appreciate you taking the effort to document this. I have a Flashforge Inventor with a very similar extruder module. Edit: seems to have resolved it. Now I need a better solution for the 1kg spool I have that won't fit internally. Filament snagged and pulled it from the extruder so I ended up printing about 8h of air overnight.
