In terms of your charcoal it’s hard to say as there are many factors involved, we carry some charcoals on our site that are sealed and this prevents moisture from getting in. If your resins aren’t freshly harvested and are dry you might find they burn instead of melt as well. If the charcoal is not well lit and getting enough oxygen or air flow then this can cause the charcoal to go out as well.
