But has Uganda ever wedged a war with any neighboring country or our army is used as a personal business? Do we need even an army of 10,000 thou, men? Why do you engage in wars all over other countries even not our neighbors!! Fishy games may cost much to our country paying for what we even don’t know!!! God pardon our country!!!
