the anime is fully 3d but has 2d aspects for specific scenes. this anime delves quite well into backstories and flashbacks so within those parts of the anime, is where 2D animation is mostly implemented. to add up to the trivias in the anime, the singer and musicians you hear in the opening is actually the voice actresses of the characters you'll soon hear in the anime. they've had albums and singles even before the anime aired and i DEFINITELY recommend you to check them out. 😊
