Try this. Upload images to a Google Drive folder. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link." Copy image links from Google Drive. Create a Google Form and add your questions. Insert images using the "Insert image" option, and paste the image links. Share the form when you're done.

Yes, you can store Zapier interface data in Airtable by setting up a Zap that triggers when data is received (e.g., from a form) and then uses an Airtable action to create a new record with that data in your Airtable base.

To refresh the token in the scenario where you encounter the error "Failed to verify connection 'matak-gmail-connection'. Invalid refresh token," follow these steps: Go to the Scenario Editor in Make (formerly Integromat). Locate the connection module that is failing. Click on the module to open its settings. In the connection section, click on Reconnect Account or Authorize again. Follow the prompts to reauthorize your Gmail account. This process will refresh the token, allowing the connection to work properly.

It is significantly cheaper on a per-operation basis. But as you noted, the checks can get WAY out of hand if you don't configure them intentionally. The way you cut down on all those operations is by specifying the schedule of when it 'checks' for new information, OR by utilizing webhooks (which will only 'cost' 1 operation when it is triggered, since webhooks never 'check' for new webhooks) See this screenshot for more insight: share.cleanshot.com/DRmJZTx5 Hope that helps!

Yesterday I also figured out that several of the modules I"ve been using as triggers could actually get replaced by webbooks of the particular app. So don't need to schedule the scenarios anymore. But they get triggered on what I would call "on-demand".

I’m not sure what they are referrencing but there should be a sliding bar to Map options in Make? Also seeing that it is about GDocs I don’t think you can create a drop down variable. Thanks!

Here’s what you can do: Remove and Re-add the Connection: Go to the Connections section in Make (formerly Integromat). Find the problematic connection and delete it. Re-add the connection by authorizing your Google account again. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, lingering session data can interfere. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try reauthorizing. Check Google Account Settings: Ensure that the permissions for Make (Integromat) are still active in your Google account. Go to your Google account's security settings and check connected apps. Use Incognito/Private Browsing Mode: Attempt to reauthorize the connection using an incognito/private browser window to avoid any interference from existing sessions. Verify App Permissions: Ensure that all necessary permissions are granted when you reauthorize the account.

Have you tried deleting the connection and setting it up again? Delete inside make as well as where Google allows access.
