That’s actually a cage for Medli if she gets captured by the Floormasters - those shadow arm enemies. If a Floormaster grabs and pulls her into its void, it will imprison her in that cage, then you have to go back into that main room one way or another, then command and fly her out of there afterwards.

@callmeda98 super mario eclipse! It's like dlc for sunshine where the levels r the same but there's more connections to all of them and new levels too. Check out my other full videos for a link in the description. You'll need an emulator for gamecube and knowledge on how to patch the game file.

@Snooplax no everyone was a human player. It was just sheer chance that we got soft locked. I always like to troll the person at the beginning by going in front of them. It got us stick somehow

You can destroy a darknut's armor just by damaging it enough with your sword, so it checks out that you can destroy their armor with the hurricane spin as well, because it essentially acts as a bunch of consecutive spin attacks. Also, another tip: On lookout platforms, you can destroy cannons very easily by placing bombs directly on top of them.

For future reference, the way to efficiently play the auction minigame is by having the participants stunned for as long as possible (thereby preventing the price from being raised any more than it needs to be) while bidding as little as possible. In order to do this, raise the price by ten percent (rounding to the nearest whole number as needed) - as that's the lowest amount that will stun the participants - and time the filling of the bid meter such that you'll be able to quickly finish filling it the second the crowd goes back to normal. If you're fast enough, then you'll be able to place another bid before anyone else has the chance. Also, the participants can only be stunned if the current price is at least fifty rupees, so in the five-rupee and forty-rupee auctions, it's best to wait for the price to reach fifty before bidding. In the sixty-rupee and eighty-rupee auctions, you should start mashing A as soon as the auction begins to stop the bidding as quickly as possible.

It was pretty fun and entertaining. So yes boredom was eliminated. Plus I played this game so many times randomizer and texture packs make a familiar experience seem fresh and new
