that LOOK decal you can get on ebay. my mate owns 4 309's and is about to take on a 309 GE 1.1 one of only 3 in the uk!

I had exact same model in 1996, mine was a nightmare, suffered with alternator problems, electrical problems, back wiper worked when it wanted to, heater broke on me, my garage had a love/hate relationship with it

I had one years ago. The engine caught fire. Luckily there was a fire extinguisher in the boot

For a Simca engine it's pretty quiet. I used to hear loads of 1.3 309's that rattled like tin cans.

Used to see tonnes of 309's back in the 90's. They were built extremely well.

There was always one specific model i remember and that was the 309 XE and GLX Special Equipment.
