This is brilliant. Is it vacuformed plastic? If so, which type do you use? Can most types withstand the stud being hammered in?

Thanks. It is, it’s from JDF Studios (now Fear City Creations). The ones I have gotten from them all seem to have no issue with the studs being hammered. They’re fairly flexible.

Great job. Try Krylon Merengue as your yellow color. It will eliminate brush strokes and provide a smooth finish. I've made masks both ways (varnish & yellow paint). There is nothing that comes close to the amber color that Maimeri patina varnish gives the mask. The issue is it is a pain to work with.
