TO REMOVE THE RAILS -- From the front (with no server installed of course) just rip the rail out. Once it fully extends, it opens the JHook that's locking it in, and the rail just falls down. Worth noting it WILL FALL down, so don't have a glass of the whiskey you needed while trying to figure this out underneath. Assuming I'm not the only one who expected the "Remove PowerEdge Rails" video to explain HOW TO REMOVE THE POWEREDGE RAILS.

Good Video But I wish mine was as easy! I have 4 Plugs in the Rear of the Board that have to be unplugged by removing the rear cover and TRYING to access through the 2 small holes, I also have 2 Plugs that come into the Board from under the front 4 Fans and I don't see anyway in unplug without removing the Front 4 Fan Block. No where have I found ANY info on removing the 4 plugs under r the Board for PCI slots? Anyone with any links for the rear board Plugs would be appreciated. The 4 Fans come out with 4 Screws, 2 on the bottom inside by Board and 2 in front center of fans.
