I looked closely at the tail and this was one of 167th AW's C-5s from Martinsburg, WV. As of 2015, they were all replaced with the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III. I'm from Martinsburg and I miss them a lot.

This. THIS is the sound of freedom. It literally rings so loud that it’s painful in all the coolest ways. Sure fighters are loud right after they fly by but THIS, THIS is loud anywhere, even miles away. It’s haunting in the coolest way how it’s a screeching high-pitched scream but a deafening low rumble at the same time. If they replaced the national anthem with this sound I wouldn’t even mind.

I used to fly r/c planes at Baylands Park in the SF Bay Area. When a C-5 would take off at Moffett Field, you’d hear it a full minute before you’d see it. That’s one angry cargo plane 😂 Love those things. Got to go inside one at an air show. It’s a cargo hangar with wings 😂
