Hi, I used Denmark- Lebara SIM on this watch , but i could n't able to find the APN settings. I can able to make and receive a call but it doesn't shows the data options. In APP Se Tracker 2 it shows device offline. Can somebody help me on this

I send the factory reset and it just texts the phone and does nothing. Does not reset or send anything back. This has been the absolute worst piece of junk trying for 3 days to get it to work. I can call and send messages now, but it doesn't locate anywhere near where it actually is. It shows the watch is 1 mile away which is great when your kid is lost and your looking in the completely wrong area.

I need to know how to change battery because the watch arrived with too low charge and it doesn't recharge. The cable works because I tested on a voltmeter. So what can I do? I can't even understand which model is..... can you help me?

WHEW! So I figured it out... 1) Make sure your SmartTalk SIM card is activated, for a TRACKER plan (not a phone plan) 2) Once your SIM is activated and you have your new phone number, download SEtracker from the app store to register the watch. 3) **this is where I started having issues, but FINALLY found the solution** when registering your watch in the app, make sure you select 'North America' then select 'register.' It'll ask you to scan the QR code on the back of the smartwatch device, give the smartwatch a nickname, and select your relationship to the smart watch's wearer (mom, dad, etc). BUT you will not be able to bind (pair) the app to the watch until you configure the APN code. It will say 'device offline.' See #4 4) follow the directions in this link: www.speedtalkmobile.com/smartwatch-sim-card Scroll to section "How to set up your device’s APN to work with SpeedTalk services" and follow the instructions to the letter!! (I even set timers for the sections when it says 'wait for xx minutes.') 5) for section 2f: you will use your cell phone to text the smartwatch's number. You can look in your SpeedTalk app or on the packaging your SIM card came in to see your APN setting information, whether wholesale or mobilenet ***If you have APN wholesale, text pw.123456.apn.wholesale.310260# ***If you have APN MobileNet, text pw.123456.apn.mobilenet.310260# After I sent my text, I got a text response from the smartwatch's number with 'APN ok'. FYI, it took 19 minutes for the APN OK message to come through. 6) complete the remainder of the steps. Then you should be able (finally) to pair the watch to the SEtracker app Hope this helps! It only took me about 3hrs of internet searching, trial, and A LOT of error to figure it out :)
