1983 was the last year for the windshield wiper switch on the dash, & the high beam low beam light switch on the floor. In 1984, both of those switches were moved to the steering column & fast forward a little to mid-1984 model year, the color on the windshield wiper arms & blades was changed to black.
Hi first of all new sub here question did these work as jack stands I’d really like to know because I’m thinking about getting a couple of pair of these for underselling my car and I don’t want to waste money and you said that this might work did it
@rustedjunkgarage331612 күн бұрын
I use this on the front and rear of my cars when I have it on the Scissor Lift to stabilize the car or truck , they are rated @ 2500 lbs but it don't get anywhere near that, they are easily adjust and I use them long pieces of wood or steel when cutting them. I am sure there are many more uses for them too. Thanks for watching and the Sub.

@rustedjunkgarage3316Ай бұрын
Hey Kevin, they are mostly fir with some cedar, most of the land is owned by the timber companies. I like 50-55 mph on the KLR but I wanted to test the WOT performance after the carb rebuild and tuning to make sure pulled strong thru the RPM range. I went 70 miles today, stopped and fueled up a little over 50 MPG, so it a strong perfect running KLR. Blast to ride.🫵🏼💯🆒🇺🇸

My uncle gifted me one just like this one yesterday, I have never owned a boat before, if you have any tips for me reply to this comment. Got a 1972 model on its 2nd engine, but it came with the 1st engine and an extra block for parts (Mercury). Original trailer, paint, seats, new battery, new trailer tires, etc., carpet has been replaced in 2020, I have been given parts and a diagram for installing lighting aiming down the windshield, got fuses, a large fusebox, battery switch box and a pole light for nighttime, just need to buy the ambient lights, an extra battery, marine reflectors for extra safety, a spare for the trailer (it still has the original), and a trailer hitch lock for leaving it parked. My boat is white where that one is orange and it's green where that one is white, and it has a wood pattern in the interior. I would like to invest time making it look better, for instance painting it and the trailer, and I just ordered a trailer hitch and trailer light conversion kit for my 2001 Cadillac DeVille, which has a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs and I plan to use it to tow it 15 mins to my nearest lake. Working on getting my boating satefy courses online, learning about fishing and handling hazardous situations. Will buy life jackets since they didn't come with the boat. Overall I am really excited, boat owners have told me that the best day for a boat owner is the day they sell it, but I guess I have yet to find out! God bless, fellow boat owners!

Consider getting a rear brake master cylinder guard. The master cylinder is vulnerable being mashed or struck by a rock. I bought my 2003 brand new, and it’s setup a lot like yours. I ride a fair amount off road, so I run soft luggage. Those hard panniers can mess up a leg if you put your foot down off road, and your leg gets “behind” you. But overall, looks like a nice build! Hope you enjoy it!
