My cousin who is a Stihl guy tried my Husqvarna 455 rancher and is converted over to Husqvarna. It is an absolute provable fact that Husqvarna has more torque in the high end which is where you want it in a chainsaw because you're supposed to run them wide open. I can find absolutely no reason to use Stihl chainsaws over Husqvarna chainsaws.

@@vincescipione7875 the trailer itself is really good. Unfortunately I had to return it because the tires and wheel bearings were not going to last long term. Luckily it was within return period and I got refunded. The dual Tire setup is junk, if they put single fat tires on it it’d be much better.

Put tin sheets over the top it holds the heat in and keep wood dry sides open allows air flow I find it drys quicker.

I never operated a 500i but I know I would love it. Just not sure if something that big would suit my lifestyle. Something close to my 545 weight and a few inches on the bar, any suggestions? Love seeing you boys enjoying each other's company.

I'm SO glad you and Mike went down and worked with this gentleman! I don't know his name, but I've seen a few of his videos, because another buddy of mine has a Super Split, and recommended it to me, so when I was researching them, I came across this guy's channel and watched a few of his videos. I like him! He comes across as a very polite and humble guy! And I might end up buying a Super Split at some point, because it seems like you get a pretty good return on your investment, and the investment for a Super Split isn't too bad. I'll have to P.M. you and get your opinion on the splitter in the next few days though. Good video!

@@davidedwards3734 I really like the table and speed of it, when you get it the right wood you can really fly! Jacob has made some videos showing where it struggles, the ultra can split knots and crotches pretty well.

That mini skid is great Genin. Instead of using your bucket have you tried splitting directly into a tote on forks? It would eliminate one touch. Just a thought.

I think it might dry a little faster tossed in a ibc tote but not a pile that's 12 foot wide and 8 feet high the middle won't dry as fast as stacked. I noticed the hickory the bugs don't seem to get in it if you split it not long after it's down

Glad this popped up! I have a 462 with a 24" regular bar and the wood Im cutting now and for a while is all tops so everything is tangled and not easy to get to but that thing gets so heavy after about 30-45 minutes so I un-retired a Husquvarna 350 (my first saw) that was barley used at all and its been my go to saw for weeks now but it only has a 18" bar and bending over gets old! Might look into this
