This solution is only for Google Map businesses. If you want to extract emails from other sources, PhantomBuster has other scrapers too and I have videos on my channel on how to use them.

QQ - can I use a Phantombuster module in Make instead of using a webhook that gets the data from Phantombuster? p.s. Thank you for the tutorial - very helpful and transparent!!

you can but it doesn't work in the exact same way. The Phantombuster module doesn't get triggered automatically, it gets triggered at a set time interval. Also, you need to use two modules to get to the JSON output. With a webhook you get the JSON output of the phantom's execution all in one module. So it's better and it will also cost you less Make operations.

Hi, great vid. newbie here. let's say scrape #1 is for 1000 leads, then scrape #2 is for another 1000 leads, won't scrape #2 just include the same 1000 leads that were in scrape #1? how do i assure that every consecutive scrape includes new leads? thanks!

you are right, the second scrape will include the same 1000 leads. This is because PhantomBuster performs the same actions that a human would on the group members page. If you notice on that group members page you need to keep scrolling down to see more members. This is the same action that PhantomBuster performs behind the scenes. So there is no way to skip the first 1000 and jump to the next 1000. If you want to scrape 2000 members you need to set the number you want to scrape to 2000.

Glad you found it useful! If you are scraping multiple google maps search results with the same phantom instance the results will be combined together by default and duplicates will be removed. If you have multiple phantom instances then you would need to export the CSV result file from each phantom, upload them to a spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets) and then remove the duplicates by following this guide: blog.coupler.io/how-to-remove-duplicates-in-google-sheets/

Glad you found it useful! The way that PhantomBuster gets the link is through the API request made in the Make scenario at 13:54 . To set up the request correctly you have to follow the Phantombuster API documentation hub.phantombuster.com/reference/post_agents-launch and construct a payload which contains the URL you want to scrape as an argument.
