Hello please help explain a 25A MCCB feeding a 40A ELCB and a 32A MCCB feeding 100A ELCB together with 63A ELCB all of which, the loads are 3 chillers

Thanks for the question. Kindly note that both breakers serve different purposes. The Elcb is for earth fault protection, so it's rating is the max leakage current it can handle. Both circuit breaker looks at different sections of the installation. Provided the load on the Elcb is not more than the mccb current capacity, it will work fine
