Thank you soooo much for posting this! I am a senior female recreational racer just getting back into racing since recovering from a race training injury. I am slow out of the starting gate, and needed guidance. This is the best video I have seen regarding how I can get out of the gate faster. Didn't realize my poles needed to be that far out in front of me!
