Wow...this has been happening for me. I have been actually unwinding old subconscious thought patterns,limiting beliefs and trauma from my system intensely the last fortnight. I was just in a yoga class... And an old story and time of suicidal ideation came up. I've sat with it all... It was a lotta big ol' emotions and feels and things. And well, time to let myself stop playing small and not let the subconscious lead my life any longer. Ooft. Powerful message for me today. 💖

And I wonder , how can we download higher frequency energies in our bodies if we don't deprogram our ego minds of those programs daily by a method of retraining the mind to open it to love and compassion for ourselves an others ? As human beings we have many blocks to The Divine Presence that we are, we are not our bodies , we are not our program minds but just knowing that from my perspective is not enough if those mental sabotaging programs in the subconscious mind are not brought to the surface acknowledge them and release them through forgiveness of ourselves and the ones who programmed us. Forgiveness is the Key to heal everything to declutter our ego minds from those harmful programs and liberate us by going through the feelings of fear in our minds and hearts then it is easier to counteract the fear programs not avoiding what goes against them. hear our Soul 's inspirations and messages to align our actions with the Soul program for our evolution of mind, hearts and bodies.In my opinion this ascension evolution requires an upgrade of mind retraining it, an opening of the heart to love compassion and elimination of fear and developing courage and then the body can easily absorb the ascension energies and use them in the most beneficial way. In my opinion we don't came here to suffer the ascension process but you learn how to do it in the most beneficial way without traumatizing ourselves. Blessings to io Lorie and All 💖🙏✨🌹

I couldn’t watch yesterday but so grateful I can catch up today. This is the most real conversation about our evolution that I’ve ever experienced! Thank you thank you. My existence has settled into riding the waves of energy, sometimes up sometimes down, energetic highs and then days when I feel like a slug. Each day I try to remain heart centered, non-judgmental, and finally I made the choice to disconnect from much of the noise around the election or the disasters or who did what to whom in Hollywood. So I just get up everyday, get into my heart and thank Source for a great night of sleep, and after some deep resonance that’s like charging my battery for the day, I then begin to move through my day with flow, make the bed, take a shower, go for a walk in the sunshine, meditate, eat lightly, study, rest if I need to, all this practicing staying within my heart. That’s all I know to do. Thank you so much for sharing what you are learning, encouraging us to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Establishing flow. 🙏❤️

Hi Lorie. Omg...I'm so happy that circumstances have put this video in my path. It made everything fall into place for me. I've always said I'm a spiritualist since before I started schooling, and I'm 65. Going on this roller coaster ride since 2019 has been the weirdest, most wonderful, scariest, loneliest path I've ever been on. And all people can say when I tell them is: Well then why are you doing it? I didn't know...there was something inside me that just said: Keep going!! I've been through so many dark nights of the soul, and I had to navigate my way out of every possible situation in my mind from 9 months of age to current. I chose a difficult path, but I AM in bliss and euphoria and peace now. I started with the child trafficking and USA politics, and everything in between. I was mad, I was sad, I was heartbroken, but the acceptance you are talking about has come, and I am truly grateful to be alive in this time and space. You have made it clear.
