Missing your old routine videos you deleted 😢 they always gave me the fall nostalgia!

This video was five years ago so hope you are doing so much better. My doctor told me to take my thyroid medicine in the middle of the night and my gastro doctor (I also have celiac) had told me that I should sit up for thirty minutes after taking any medicine so my sleep schedule was really messed up. I decided to stay up until 1 am to take the medicine so I get to bed at 1:30 which doesn’t seem so disruptive to a sound sleep and I do not wake up in the middle of the night wondering if I forgot to take the thyroid medicine.

I just had lab work done today to check my thyroid. Last July it was normal, but in the past 6 months I have had about 20 new symptoms . I’m terrified of blood draws but I was determined to get answers. Hopefully my results come soon.

I had the same issues before I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism! It sucks! I used to be able to lose weight with no problems but now it’s been such a struggle. I haven’t been able to lose more than 15 pounds in the last 4 years!

I lived in Miami for 6 years before I moved to NYC. I remember you flying to South Beach on a rainy day when I was there. TJ Maxx and Marshalls are like Nordstrom Rack and Lord and Taylor lol $200, 6 outfits, cant beat that 😂 That's how you know you've been delivered from materialism 😂

My foundation always oxidized as soon as I put it on and the Mac ladies that where trying to Mach my skin was so confused as what was going on. But still at 33 my make up either looks to pale or yellowish orange no mater what shade I use. So frustrating.
