You think you are crazy? I have 3 Marvel Earth's and, not only do I have a Black Widow for each Earth, I have made 9 Evil Black Widows (so far) to simulate the Evil Black Widows from the movie, plus at least 4 Black Widow's on DC Earth's. I do both Natasha's and head swaps. In addition I have about 5 different Yelana Belova's! And I am sure I have even more Black Widows as I am a Sucker for Black Widow and I buy every version of her ever made. I do the same for Emma Frost, Jean Grey, Psylocke, Elektra and others they just haven't had as many versions. I even put the Grey Outfit Black Widow on Cover Girl and she looks a lot prettier. So putting the ugly Cover Girl head on the Grey Black Widow made another Evil one. Yeah, I can probably match you in Black Widows all told, although a lot of mine are headswapped. I'm a 30+ years Collector, it's amazing how many spare heads you can collect.

@@NinjaChortleCustomsSo I did a quick boil and pop on these 2 and unfortunately the pegs aren’t compatible. You would likely need to modify the pegs, splice together, or find/print a ball-peg compatible with the two halves. I might try this again if I end up getting extra fodder just in case.

@@NinjaChortleCustoms Good news, I finally got the 2 halves to connect. I dremeled and cracked open a spare IS Widow lower torso to steal the ball peg. Then I Saran wrapped the ball joint to make it thicker and fit the socket of the IW Widow torso. The ball joint is still a little loose, but now I have a MCU Black Widow with double jointed elbows and can stand without issue.

I bought the VHS Storm twice so I could remove the cell shading on one for comparison. It turned out really nice but the 97 Storm is basically the same body mold without the cell shading. I ended up buying two of her as well to kitbash together another Storm for my collection. I can't paint an entire figure from scratch but I love what you did!

Marvel is my main love but I stopped buying legends mainly due to the quality and price I also started selling some of my figures. I hope one day a company like Jada makes marvel figures because they are killing it with the capcom stuff.

An understandable sentiment. For what it's worth, I think 90% of the sculpts for legends are great! Their main issue for me is reusing parts (which is better lately) and lack of paint. I just saw a customizer repaint the BAF Zabu and it looks insanely good.

yeah i haven't brought any ml at full price since they bumped it. 25 is a shit ton for 1 toy, I mean I buy food that keeps me alive for cheaper. I think instead of just focusing on customs, you should just post what your working on or stuff you wanna show off like a collection journey. Less stress, less mess, i mean this isnt your FTJ, its your hobby, so momentai. To be fair most customs channels dont do that good and it takes alot of effort, imagination and mental energy so i think you should "do you" my man. Its the personality that wins most people anyway.

Well said. I can definitely make some videos on the various collections I have as they grow. I'm already doing a yearly Marvel vs Capcom video. This whole channel is just for sharing anyway. I don't care if it ever "takes off".

Easier way to make that Gambit mod is just pry the hair off both heads and then glue the retro Gambit's hair to the Caliban Gambit head. Super easy. No painting needed, and don't have to worry about mismatched skin tones.

I would still run into the same problem. I can't pattern HER dress. A regular dress likely wouldn't be a problem. I have less than a handful of characters I want to use soft goods otherwise I prefer plastic or something sculpted for consistency.

I filled in the holes and shaped up the heads for AOA Rogue and the OG Polaris when I molded them with Maria Hill. Why I didn't do that with Maria Hill? I don't know. 🤷🏾♂️ It's fine though. Did I say 5 figures? I meant 5 characters...

Not sure if the figure was out already when you made this but if i ever did a Batman from a ML I would use the Alpha Flight Guardian head. It's basically the Batman mask minus the ears. i would aso recommend doing the chest logo from gaffer tape.
