Thank you David for the lovely tribute to Katharina. My Condolences to Abraham and his family. May the memories you hold of Katharina ease the heart ache in the days ahead .I had great respect for Katharina she was a very lovely person and she was very good to our family.May she Rest In Peace. Thank you for the kind words, Peter! I grew up listening to (and loving) "The Wiebe Family", so if I've managed to capture aspects of their style, that's an honor for sure! "Helen, Frank & John Wall" was another favorite... I've been slacking lately, but I hope to get back to uploading more music soon, so if you have a request, let me know :)

@@WorshipLifemusic Yes I grow up listening to the same type of music. and I really like that kind still. when I found your video I had to listen over and over it is so good and can not tell it was by you. at first I thought it was the Wiebe Family, you should do all there some even the songs where they are singing. record it the way you did this song. I like the according and piano and guitar together, do like 100 songs the hymns. If you want to , thank you . Not sure you know who I'm. we grew up near each other in Buenavista, I know all your older sisters and your brother Johnny. i think you were like 14 the last time I saw you. You may know my brother John. he is I think in your age. You live in TX now? I'm by Calgary AB, Went to college here in Calgary to become an LPN. Hope you have good night, Thank you Peter

Hi David, this is great,could i use parts of this for a ragtime living statue performence. me and my wife are doing in our local town ? Me and my wife are living statues,performing all over europe(or we did until covid) we will off course credit your name on our perfomence plaque. i am trying to find about 6 or 7 medium beat ragtime christmas musics ,for us to use in our perfomence.it was good to hear you playing, thanks very much for your great Doug. Would it be very cheeky of me to ask if you could play 5 or 6 Christmas tunes played in ragtime, in a medium beat they only need to be about 30 seconds each.
