@@darrelhandley3505 - I’m not so sure - the first part of Epic KOM is tough to the bridge but if you can hold on there - I think you’ll be okay - Zwift KOM use your feather on the bend by statute and Anvil on the descent there too and titans grove is rollers - hang on is the key

@@thesycolistsame, I am a lightweight lady in between 100kg+ boys so I really struggle what’s wise… lightweight bike will cost me too much energy to keep up with them on the flats but a heavy setup might cost me some positions on Keith… small change for fts I think because just 5 spots and not so many points according fal and finish… So best bike for me is may be the Tron… arghhh decisions decisions

@@manonholtman - its a really tough decision but depends on your individual race plan or team plan - I'm not a climber but a lighter bike won't assist me in the London flats - so I'll go aero and decide on the day!! But Dogma and Eve did me well with 3 x NY KOM today in Stage 8 of TugaZ tour!!

What brand of HR monitor are you using? I’ve had a lot of problems with a lot of different monitors over the years but the Polar H10 that I use now has been the most consistent. Might be worth a look unless that’s what you’re already using.

@@MoAllenVids - I’ve been using the Garmin HR monitor but have two straps - so I swap it around a bit - new battery but struggling to stay reading accurately!! Have changed position but might get a Wahoo arm strap one 🤔

you Say Custom build but everything is stoke on that bike bit tires and saddle and bar tap??? thats not a custome build sorry.

@@hudsonlucier7646 - custom as in I ordered the frame and then chose stem length, bar width and groupset. Original build was Cadex ultra 50 wheelset - so it was all my choices to make it not an available off the shelf bike

If you're creating a club ride for these recons and you don't want the yellow marker, you can leave the ride leader blank. That way the marker won't show. Great recon though 👍

Got dropped on the descents...others were Rolling away while i was doing over 7w to try and keep up. Zwift has BS notion of physics and laws of gravity.

Great finish 💪 good group we had today, pace was really strong and glad we tracked down those loose riders from the start at the end. I think us sling shoting each other and pushing on that last descent got us a good chunk of time of them. Also nice format on the video, like the commentary over the top good luck on the last one, 10 full on races in 10 days... Legs are looking forward to a little rest after this 😅
