Supreme Court in India is a high court. The orders given by them in the name of the court are not valid in the world. Can you prove that the Land Acquisition Act 2013 is not being implemented. The courts give judgments. Without the work song of these lawyers, they inform the people that it is true. If there are so many unenforced judgments, unenforced laws, what is the purpose of Andhra Pradesh land acquisition? The Green Field National Highway is being laid from Visakhapatnam in Vizianagaram District to Raipur. There, many small farmers of Uttarpalli village have hidden rupees for many years and the government has seized the land purchased for building houses. You have to hire a lawyer and spend two to three lakh rupees and get this money again through the court, which means it will take about 15 years, even then you will get the same money through the court, but not even ten paise more, Vizianagaram District Collector RDO National Highway Authority said that people have been waiting for the last four years. They took the money given by them because they did not know what to do with the debt and they did not know what to do. Around 95% of the people were against it. There is no problem with people giving land for the development of the country. But the money given by the government is being paid at one and a half percent of the current market price. National highway officials are saying that you are saying that the court will pay four times and three times with love to the people but here the government is paying one and a half percent and they are also going back five years from the date of notification and then they are giving one and a half percent of the market price.
