Hello. Could you tell me whether it is possible to periodically import Google Sheets or xlsx files from the cloud version of Excel, and have them saved in a folder? I would create the folder by logging into my Wordpress account with CyberDuck FTP, then enter that sheet's URL into another plugin that I want to use the spreadsheet with. Many thanks. Sarah

Thank you so much for the video! Everything works well, but there is an issue when dialogflow and Sheet DB api use the data in other languages. JSON uses some kind of encoding for other languages except English, so dialogflow does not recognize data

Hi - Do I have to call and save sheetdb on every page? Or is it possible to call sheetdb once and save it to a slot, for example at the top of the site, and then only call sheetdb-slot on all other pages? eccellente! I tried to convert this to a table booking app manager, still working on... basically a simple internal use app to manage the bookings of a restaurant accessible by the waiters and managers only. Kind of shared table online, managed by an app.

First, when u create an account, you link a database to create an API for this spreadsheet. You don't even had to give editor allowance on the link to this work After you link you sheet on your dashboard, you will receive an API link, this link you add on inside you action=" " attribute on the form, together with the method="post" Using this link, the form will send the gathered data to your API :)

Oh, and to clarify, your first row, the one which have the column names, needs to have all the characters in lowercase (and without spaces too I think) Then you add the name="columnName" inside all your inputs, so that the SheetDB API knows which data to put inside each column Otherwise, if u don't follow these steps, you'll get the error "bad data format"
