@ good stuff. I think that’s where a lot of developers go wrong. They’re so obsessed with getting new players (which is important obviously) that they neglect the hardcore. Kills games

I’m new to Hunt Showdown and I really like this game. But this game is not new player friendly at all. I’m sick of getting shit on by the sweats. They one shot me all the damn time haha 🤣. The hiring hunters and other stuff in the menus got me all sorts of confused 🤔. Trying to recruit a free hunter but keeps saying not enough slots available. What happens when you run out of money to hire or buy things? You get screwed or??? 🤷🏽‍♂️. I really like this game but man I get confused and frustrated a lot. Seems like I’m spending more time in the menus or tryna find videos than I do playing the damn game 🤦🏽‍♂️

@@NativeMamba26 When you get to rank 100 you can prestige, it resets your money. Getting better takes time. The menu is trash, and used to be way more simple to navigate.

@ thank you. Watching your videos is helping. Pfft, the menus are garbage,confusing and don’t help. I left Black Ops 6 because I got sick of COD. Had my eye on Hunt Showdown for a while and couple weeks ago decided to buy it while on sale.

Just run bow with poison arrows, get blademancer and kill everything. Meatheads give good xp. And make sure to grab the xp boons

I have 50 lvl rookie hunter, but somehow nothing gets unlocked.

His 50 was obtained before the murder circus event. I leveled other rookie, and she did earned Veteran outfit and a small gift in a form of unique machete (cosmetic, epic rarity)

Kind of disappointed I thought you meant there actually were some hidden free skins related to doing certain challenges or Easter eggs or something. I started playing Hunt when it came to Gamepass and I'm very surprised with how so few seem to even know about these hunters, I know it's a new feature and all but I figured it out on day 1. Although I suppose I probably benefited from looking at the game with fresh eyes, compared to someone who's been playing for years.

Yes, but that was before the 1896 update, they then removed them and reworked them. They have now added them to a different form progression which I personally like, specially since they aren't DLCs.

I finally unlocked the 2nd tier of Leon. It's hard to get one of those guys to 50.

Nice, it's a bit of a grind but it's pretty worth it. If it's too hard you can farm around the map, go to all the supply points and use pledge points on the xp boons, search the big hunting towers for them as well. Try to farm up meat heads, I was able to achieve a level 50 hunter in 1 game doing that. If you're able to do at least one boss it's a big help for xp as well, you don't need to extract with the bounty (unless you want more money) it's just more risky than just killing boss and leaving to farm the rest of the ai around the map.

Just run around with silent weapons, avoiding the bounty area, and kill everything. Look out for ex posters too. If you stay on thr greyed out zones of the map, you can avoid most players.

honestly just depends on your playstyle and if you play with a group of friends or with randoms/solo. If you play with friends + you're careful and don't go into risky situations you can do it I think. Of course if you play with randoms from different levels etc. it's very difficult

You need to play the game differently. Avoid fights, stay in greyed out areas and kill as many monsters as you can for xp. Your goal is to stay alive and t avoid other players entirely

I wouldn't want to kill anyone from those exploit spots, but I could imagine getting into a losing firefight and dipping into the rock to chill for a moment and heal. Vanish into the mist.

No, it's just a bit of trial and error, and tbh I was just trying to see how how I could go before finding the invis wall, then when I did I just started trying to vault around, then I discovered these.

You can reach the roof of the boss room also by climbing the south-west rocks in the pass through and jumping at the lowest roof
