I’ve been in prison 4 years in Australia. We get treated well, very well . Our punishment is lose of freedom not humane conditions. He is in hell compared to Australia. In the United States prisoners are in some very comfortable places. There are reality shows about our prisons calling them out on anything corrupt that might be going on. They are given shoes, clothes, bedding, food, have a store (commissary) to buy things at and even given bank accounts which on line you can deposit money into with no possibility of prison taking it. That night Jock and his friend was drunk they collided with a group of 5 friends including dead law student. Local boys was arguing with foreign tourists one of which carried a knife. Local student tell them to go away and tourists took them as a racist comment and jock used his knife to stab not one but two of the young local boys. One of the died.
