My first maintenance job was at an aseptic bottling plant. We had 2 of these Fogg fillers. I couldn't stand working on them. Total PITA and dont even get me started on the capper. Or how long it takes to put the geartrain back in timing if you have a crash and lose position. Dont miss the food and beverage industry one bit.

I was the tech maintaining your rinfilcap for the 1.75 titos line. As a tech, i really appreciated the user friendly literature, simplicity of your systems, and Incredible reliablity. Wish there was a video to show people how your capper works without the covers obstructing the barrels. Always fun to explain to people how it works!

How are the glass bottles sterilized before filling??

In this application, the bottles are only rinsed to remove debris with actual product, because the product is whiskey/bourbon, it sterilizes itself!
