bought the same one from ali express, no instructions, watched a video which cleared it up. Had it at 90mph, zero issues. Works really well too!

love the way the video camera zooms around at all angles - i've owned a total of three of these although one was a donor, in the end i found them a little uncomfy for my poor worn out bot and went for the 900 which has exactly the same seat but somehow it is more comfortable, can't quite work it out myself lol.

The algorithm chose your video for me I presume because I still own and ride my 1996 Trophy 1200, with the same top box as well! 😀 Mine is Merlot (burgundy). Anyhow, I enjoyed watching from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA....even if it's rather disconcerting watching you on the left side of the road!

if you lift the seat there should be a sticker with the paint code on the frame , or perhaps you can get it from a yamaha dealer , I'll look into it and let you know if I find it . . .

I purchased this exact wind deflector for my Kawasaki Concours 1000, and it has worked perfectly. No buffeting at 70+ mph. I'm sure Puig is nicer, better quality, etc. but it's also $70.00 more.

15 Tooth sprocket on the front helps a lot ... it's comfort zone is 60 / 65 mph Comfortably , it can do 70 or even 80 under favourable conditions but then it is Screaming it's head off , don't forget it is only a 125 after all , But I would still recommend it as one of the Best 125 motorbikes on the road , in fact I Love it so much I have 3 of them . . . 2003 / 2004 and 2005. AWESOME BIKE

I miss my baby 'dero 😁 Have a 650 Versys now but lost the spark in riding. Versys just doesn't gel with me, thinking of a litre Varadero or early new Africa Twin. Hoping the bike show at the weekend seals the deal for me and I get excited enough to splurge the savings 😁🤣

This review cost me nothing and that is exactly what I got out of it... nothing. Still don't know if it reduced wind noise/pressure/buffeting around the helmet

No It Doesn't, you are exposed on a Bike, not sitting in the interior of a vehicle. You will feel wind & that is the way it is supposed to be. Buffeting is a word Pansies use when the wind blows on them. Yeah it's noisy on a bike.

Love the riding filming. I know you are using a hand held 'selfie' stick to get the shots. But, what I would like to know is where do you put the stick when you need to put your hand back onto the clutch. I love your videos, very watchable and entertaining.

Bought one in the early days of the pandemic as a project bike. Got the engine running... for a while. Just spent a little time on it this evening getting it ready for a courier to take it to some mechanics to actually get the work done. Yours is stunning - hopefully mine might look something like that by the summer!

I still have the Varadero XL 1000 , Probably wont sell it anytime soon , I have 3 !25 Varadero's as well , don't know why I like them so much , Just think they are great bikes , I have a 1991 xj600 and a 1992 Pan European which is undergoing Restoration at the moment and a GT 125 , Motorbikes why are the so damn ADDICTIVE , been riding bikes 46 Years next year and I'm still not board with them ... Ride safe my Friend , If you're ever in Northern Ireland Look me up and I'll take you on some AMASING RIDES . CHEERS 🍻

It was a long riding day and we saw so many Beautiful things . . . we stopped there for a break and as I was admiring how Beautiful and Incredible our surroundings were and how beautiful Creation actually is , I Felt something inside me Say " It was all for you " I just felt compelled to share my experience and That was the only way I knew how . . . My dad gave me one for my cb500x. It’s great up to 55-60mph. Then the wind tilts it back but I’m working on a fix. I’ve actually already modified it by getting rid of the plastic crap on the first pivot point near the bikes screen and feeding a bolt and wing nut setup through it. Think il just find the sweet spot and glue the pivot point nearest the extended screen in place. Cheap and nasty but gives good wind protection when it works.
