I once saw Brenda Gayle in the lobby of the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. That was probably 40 years ago and she was just incredibly beautiful in person. She's always lived in Nashville and has led a pretty quiet life--not pushing herself in the industry too much.

Crystal Gayle is on my Mount Rushmore of female vocalists of all time not only a great singer but a beautiful Angelic voice, the other three would be Mariah carey, juice newton, and Zora cock, and the only reason I chose Zora over Kate Bush is because I enjoy the music that accompanies Zora's voice.

If you know who talk show host Art Bell (1945-2018) was, he had giant crush on Crystal Gayle. He did his all-night show from a home studio in the Nevada desert. His wife Ramona was right there in the building. She must have approved of it.
