Could you please share your settings for iracing and oculus debug? i'm suffering from massive frame drops during the rains. My pc is an r5 7600 @5.3 - 32gb ddr5 6800mhz - 3080ti gaming OC... Congrats on your vr videos, i'm loving them

Thank you. I am running a gen 13 i7 and 4080. I am running the Quest 3 at its recommended settings in the software. My iRacing settings are pretty close to default with crowds turned down, and dynamic object shadows turned off. From there its mostly tweaking settings until it is smooth. Reducing the number of cars that are rendered can help.

nice. just an Info (you probably know this though), in the replay view, when bound a button to "open camera tool" you can set the seating position on x, y and z axis and save those per car. It took me too long to find out, therefore i casually drop it ;)

Yeah, I know that, but i still need to center view when I put on VR, so I just use the center view button and I have a switch on my wheel that raises or lowers my camera height. Its not efficient to reset every race, but I am always locked in to a near optimal viewing position.

@@CoopsToyCars Its where the debug tool is, when you use it on the top there are some settings. You can make it so it doesn't shake. There is a lot of videos on you tube on it also.

I know your image through your headset probably isn’t quite as sharp as what we see as we’re watching this, but it looks pretty good. What are the specs on your PC? Just looking for something a little more competitive. Gotta run the numbers and see what a somewhat future-proof PC and PCVR headset is gonna set me back 😂

That corner is a doozie. Don't touch the breaks in the trough if the jump like I did. That should have ended my race.

the start was unfortunate. but responded very well. If I can give you a tip, you shift too much and are very careful, which isn't a bad thing, but it makes you slow. Look at the fastest GT4 driver in training and see how he shifts in which corner. That helped me a lot to become faster . I have a lot of fun watching you, keep it up ❤💪

Your English is fine, no worries. VR has been good for me ever since I upgraded my PC. I'm running 72fps consistently at near full settings so it looks good and is smooth. When I first started I had a worse PC with an inconsistent frame rate and that did make me feel motion sickness.

Yeah, it's working. There is an issue people are having where they never load past 5% when entering public races. It might have something to do with the new anti-cheat software. Running the UI as Administrator seems to be fixing the issue for most people.
