It's an Animation based on dark souls. The knight in the video is probably a black knight and the reason he falls on his knees is probably because a demon just destroyed everything he protected and he is the sole survivor. As the lore goes black knights are just top notch silver knights who were burnt black in battle against demons. That flag on top makes me feel like this is probably undead parish in which case this black knight is the same one you find right above the undead parish bonfire.

It's altered ai anyways due to the whole "modded" gameplay. The ai is actually really smart aside from this being modded. The mod is "Rons zombies or not" and it's quite fun

Rons Zombies or not. Replaces every character with knife wielding sprinters that are rare to encounter in normal game. Very scary, but very enjoyable with friends.
