Ok so I hope Vasan reads this. I was super excited about this and watched it twice. Am also a cinephile. In all I liked it given the bollywood landscape. But here's what didn't work. I think he missed the 'sur'. It was draggy to begin with and at many moments. It felt confused. Vasan didn't stick to his vision & that could also be cause he got bulldozed by Alia & Karan into making choices he wouldn't have otherwise. Regardless, I still think this will blow up on netflix and they should definitely get stats from them and then evaluate. Its a film that will age well and also pave way for a newer path in this cookie bollywood...

Vasan bala made such a great film and i soooo hate it that it didn't work. Every single thing was right with this film
