After working in MiLB for two years, I can tell you the players hate these acts. It's fine until it intentionally delays the game, like here. If he had left without delaying the pitcher who needs to warm up, no problem. Now both teams have to wait for the guy to take the bump and warm up, because Management thought it would be "fun" to have this shit. These players are out there busting their asses to try and make The Show. I'm all for the fun and games, as long as the game doesn't slow.
