Not really, it's called fabric hardener or you can just dip your fabric into liquid glue mixed with water and lay it on a balloon ♡!

Well I think it was a fabric stabiliser to make the fabric hard, put you can just dump your fabric in liquid glue then lay it on the balloon avec removing glue excess :))

Omg! The deadly night shade jar hack is something I did but I didn’t own any clay or a big jar, but I just took a jelly jar when it was empty and just glue and decorated paper for the label and then painted it.
