If you want to internship in tamil nadu you need to get provisional eligibility certificate (10k) then apply to noc in mgr university (33k) then 1000 for provincial registration. Then u will get allotment in gmch in Tamil nadu

No direct flight bro... Our usual route was moscow to tomsk or in Uzbekistan airways there is flight from delhi to Novosibirsk from there one hour flight to tomsk or 5hrs travel in bus
