Wow. A Real House instead of something that looks like an airport lobby! Beautiful, elegant, livable home, where you do NOT have the refridgerator in the living room. Extra points for having a bathroom accessible directly from the pool. I keep being astounded by the double-digit million dollar homes that you have to traipse through the house in a wet bathing suit to pee! Classic San Marino.

This is a deceptively beautiful home - a lot of attention to the details, fixtures, hardware, recessed lighting, etc etc. This 1950s era home has been carefully renovated to embrace modern design ideas, and credit to Ms Lin for really nice staging.

Many things wrong with this property!! The inside of the house is so basic with, as usual, over-sized rooms! The wall and wood colors are so old looking and not enough plants or trees in the entry way to the property. And to make it even more of a deal breaker...you have the neighbor’s side window staring right into your back yard! No privacy and way to close to other people’s property! If Im going to spend millions on a property, keep me away and out from my neighbor’s sight!! 👎
