2022 Isuzu Dmax , will probably upgrade suspension over time , see how it goes to start with . Occasionally will be towed by D40 Navara (our bush basher) but worried about legal weight with that , I’ll check it out

@@petewielsma423yeah I did a 3” lift your and it sits really nicely. Put on 500kg constant load but that was too much I think now.

Be a hard ride when empty or not towing haha , my D40 is pretty stiff with 2" lift and heavy duty leafs but great when loaded up. Our current camper is just over 2 ton and the Ute sits level and is very stable on the road through dips etc .

Shanno is using the big old 80 series, it pulls the van no sweat!

That Austrack has already down a lap of australia, heading all the way upto the tip of cape york, They didn't seem to have any issues, no damage reports for the trip... did your van have some issues? if so please share them with us so we can be sure to check ours out and monitor them on going?

Yeah mate, there was a lot of doubt on the broken parts in the transfer clashing with the good parts When you have that big van on the back you need to be in low range for soft sand

Hi davi, Yeah your correct mate but these cars are constant 4wd, this also means that if you encounter any wheel slip in sort sand towing that big van the abs and trac control keeps taking the throttle off of you which means your likely to get stuck in that crucial moment, the only way to gain full control and take the load off of the trans and convertor is to lock it into low range, that's just a preference for us with our experience with the 62, If the beach is hard we always just leave in road mode which is auto awd anyways

There is a series two just being released in the next couple of weeks here in Perth, The series 2 will feature close to double the solar and double the amp hours We hope to have the opportunity to do a review on this, We have heard they might be upgrading Shannon and viv to the series 2 so if that's the case we will review it
