some people complain that maxi burners produces low or weak flame, please what do you suggest one do about the maxi cooker low or weak flame?

I have Maxi 60 by 60 all gas burners, the flame is always low except i remove the cap covering the burner. Please is there a way to set the flame to high flame and pure blue with no yellow at all.
